Blur in a bottle is our hybrid between top coat & "photoshop effect" in one! It gives you a "blur effect" as well as a milky tone over your french fade/cover.
If you've made small mistakes or have unevenness in your fade, finish with this polish that blends everything together and gives you a second chance in an instant!
Perfect for those who want to make their french fade look more luxurious and milky, or for those who want to "blur" out imperfections that can occur in a fade and cover. You do not need to finish with a top coat afterwards.
